ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF LOG SUPPLIES.
We also carry Treated Pine lumber for trailer flooring.
Tempered nails and Coiled pallet nails are also available. Tempered nails are specially heat treated screw shank nails designed specifically to penetrate the hardwood species. Coiled nails are for use in pneumatic nail guns to build pallets, and are manufactured in the U.S.A.
Waste wood is processed into wood chips that can be used for landscaping chips for visual enhancement and control of vegetation.
From any of the hardwoods listed, we can cut Rough, Random Width furniture stock in common thicknesses from 4/4" to 12/4". This lumber is cut, and stacked with sticks between the layers to allow air to circulate, preventing molding, mildew, and sticking together. The primary species for furniture manufacturing are the Oaks, Pecan, and Ash.
We can cut trailer flooring from 1" thick to 3" thick, from 4" to 12" in width, and from 8 to 16 feet long.
Timbers can be cut up to 16" x 16" square, and up to 16 feet long. These timbers are commonly used for foundation purposes under Oil Rigs or other industrial applications where extremely heavy loads have to be supported. These are sometimes referred to as Mats, Cribbing, or Shoring Timbers.
Pallet stock, or Cants, are 4" x 6", 4" x 8", 6" x 6", or 6" x 8", from 8 to 16 feet in length. We also have 1" x 4", and 1" X 6" in the same lengths. This product is usually sold to pallet manufactures that "resaw" the lumber into usable pieces to assemble pallets from.
Sawdust can be used for gardening, as an absorbent for animal and livestock pens, oil spills, or organic fuel for boilers. The sawdust generated from the sawmill that is utilized for animal bedding is all natural, containing no chemicals of any kind. The sawdust contains enough moisture from the natural tree sap so that the dust content is virtually non-existant, therefore not affecting respiratory tracts of the animals bedding on the product.
Slabs can be cut into firewood for home and shop heating, or processed into chips for mulch and landscaping.
Sod Pallets :
After struggling to find a consistent and profitable outlet for all the siding of our logs when cutting other orders, we decided to start building sod pallets. These are a custom open bottom pallet designed for automatic sod machines. I personally went to the sod farms to see what would make these pallets more suitable. The end result is a more stable and lighter pallet, saving time and fuel both in the field and on the road.
Pipe Chocks :
We manufacture pipe chocks for tubing or pipe yards utilized in the securing of pipe for delivery on flatbed trucks or rail cars. These blocks are cut from southern hardwoods, and are more durable than plastic chocks. We take a 4 x 4 block, 6 inches long, and split the block into triangular pieces.
